Change requires learning. Are your people ready?
I'm a human-centered learning designer, strategist, and facilitator. I partner with organizations experiencing change to develop holistic learning experiences that consider all the required elements: the business challenge, the performance challenge, learner needs, and what success looks like.
I've contributed to the success of remote tech start-ups, higher education, large corporations, and global consultancies. Whether it’s a learning and development strategy, virtual workshop design or leadership development program, I weave together expertise in instructional design, adult learning and development, and facilitation.
I'm a life-long learner with a BA in Art History from Western Michigan University and MA Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Portland State University. I dance and perform, hike, travel, share meals with friends, speak broken French, and decorate interiors. I currently reside in Portland, Oregon on traditional village sites of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River.
