What This Is
In this workshop we develop actions that respond to the question of our moment: how can I experience joy, even as so much around us is painful and bleak? How can my joy, and the joy of others, carry us to some collective future?
What We’ll Cover
Through structured, collective practice, we use research on joy to guide your experimentation as you build new habits and pathways to joy. We explore these foundational practices of joy: Notice, Connect, Pause, View, and Practice.
Who This is A Good Fit For
- Hoping to find motivation and agency in your experience of the world
- Willing to share and listen to interpretations, intuitions, and experiences
- Game to experiment, reflect, and refine new and existing actions
