Lead with awareness. Lead with intention.
What This Is
True leadership isn't just about staying calm under pressure; it's about embracing all the emotions that come with it - confusion, anger, or excitement. In a world full of fast-paced change and challenges, how leaders show up matters more than ever.
Be Here Now: Embodied Leadership is a science-backed program designed to strengthen your self-awareness and adaptability. We'll help you understand stress, enhance your decision-making, and respond to change with intention, fostering better communication and resilience for you and your team.
Rather than viewing stress and "dysregulation" as something to be fixed, we see it as a signal for transformation. As seasoned facilitator Prentis Hill puts it, "What's especially important... is that when we are [dysregulated], we make meaning of it, use it to expand, to inspire." This workshop empowers you to do just that.
What We’ll Cover
You will walk away with practical tools and resources to integrate into your daily routines and relationships - not as a demand for calm, but as a way to notice your body's sensations and make sense of them so you can be the leader you need to be.
Embodied leadership supports critical business priorities:
