Lead with awareness. Lead with intention.
What if leadership meant more than simply remaining calm under pressure? What if it’s about embracing the full range of human experience while under pressure - confusion, curiosity, anger or excitement?
From ongoing global conflicts, personal pressures, and fast-paced change, how leaders show up matters more than ever.
Be Here Now: Embodied Leadership focuses on strengthening your self-awareness and adaptability as a leader, enabling you to effectively navigate and respond to the evolving needs of your team and organization.
This powerful, science-backed workshop is designed to help you understand stress, enhance decision-making, and respond to change with intention. We empower leaders and teams to strengthen their ability to stay present and responsive, fostering more effective communication and greater resilience in the face of change and uncertainty.
While conversations about nervous system regulation are prevalent, dysregulation is not always a problem to be solved; sometimes, it is an expression of transformation, a signal that change is happening. As leaders, what we do with those sensations is imperative. Prentis Hill, a seasoned embodiment facilitator and therapist, says, “What’s especially important, at least from an embodiment perspective, is that when we are [dysregulated], we make meaning of it, use it to expand, to inspire."
The Be Here Now: Embodied Leadership workshop is a single event but mindfulness is a practice that lasts a lifetime. You will walk away with practical tools and resources to integrate into your daily routines and relationships - not as a demand for calm, but as a way to notice your body's sensations and make meaning of them so you can be the leader you need to be.
